About Me

I'm from New Jersey, about 40 minutes from Philadelphia and a half an hour away from the beach. Here's a photo I took from a recent trip to Belmar, NJ:

I played football and ran track in high school, and I still enjoy keeping active while in college. I grew up watching cooking shows with my family, and I'm constantly seeking out new dishes to make and chefs to follow. At the moment, I'm fixed on Thomas Keller (here's a really great video of him with the late Anthony Bourdain).

I led the Mock Trial team at UW-Madison, which let me travel around the country competing alongside my best friends. Here's a picture of us at the 2023 National Championship Tournament in Memphis, Tennessee:
